GOOD END

Chapter 1

Hang up.
Brush it aside.

Chapter 2

Ask if he can help unpack.
Shout, surprised.

Chapter 3

Ask in a roundabout sort of way.
I’m in the mood for cake…

Chapter 4

Imagine the worst case scenario.
Joke it off saying you forgot.

Chapter 5

Don’t be nice to me.
I’m not okay about it, but…

Chapter 6

Do you want me to cook something?
I was thinking how attractive you look… (ROFLMAO! *chokes*)

Chapter 7

Deny what Riku says.
You’re cruel, you know that?

Chapter 8

I’ll worry about it when the time comes.
Try to run after him.

Chapter 9

Demand why he’s holding back.
It’s your fault that I’m crying like this.

HAPPY END

Chapter 1

Reluctantly answer.
Ask “what’s wrong?”

Chapter 2

Ask if he wants more coffee.
Tell yourself to calm down.

Chapter 3

Ask him flat out.
You’re the best gift I’d ever want. (If you give me this as an option, I sure as hell would choose it! *stomach hurts from laughing too much*)

Chapter 4

Ask where Makoto is.
Say, “I remember.”

Chapter 5

Crying won’t change anything.
I just want to be there for him…

Chapter 6

Cheerfully answer, “Sure.”
Thank you.

Chapter 7

Tell Makoto an excuse.
What do you mean by that?

Chapter 8

I don’t want to get in the way.
Murmur, “I’m sorry”.

Chapter 9

Kiss him again.
I’m crying your share, too.

(One of the best marriage proposals I read in Voltage’s stories so far. It’s just chock-full of feels and how Makoto arranged it when he was ready to pop the question was just ridiculously romantic. It also helps that this place holds a lot of meaning for them both. The Sunflower field is where Makoto realized he fell in love with [Main Character’s Name], where they started their romantic relationship and now it’s where they got engaged. Ahh! Just totally worth purchasing this story despite the cliche amnesia trope, I think it worked well to the story’s advantage in this case. The story focuses more on Makoto and his insecurities and how [Main Character’s Name] was able to prove just how much she loves him as well. I think it’s a very nice change of pace as Makoto seriously deserves it.)
